Our Story

Originally founded as a student rental housing company in Canada year 2019, we shifted our portfolio to short-term rentals after seeing the number of domestic and continental travellers over the years. With great success in Canada, and physically having moved to the US, we decided to expand/shift to the US. We have partnered with Residential and Commercial landlords through our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. Our company guarantees rental income for the owner with no worries regarding tenants defaulting on rent and an owners inability to evict.

What We Offer

Guaranteed Rental Income

When renting to us, you have a guaranteed monthly rent from us for the entire duration of the lease, do not have to worry about untimely payments from tenants, or worry of a tenant losing their job. You will receive a timely rent cheque each and every month.

No High-Cost Tenant Turnover

When it comes time to find a new tenant after your current tenant moves out, it can become costly. Renting to us assures:

Less Wear and Tear

Your property will be cleaned by our cleaning staff daily, many landlords are caught off guard after a tenant moves out, and they see the condition of the property. Our cleaning staff assures A+ quality daily for our guests.

Time to Sell

When it comes time to sell your property for profit, there is no need to schedule around tenants and hope for a quick vacancy from them. Your property will also always be kept in pristine condition to show to potential buyers.

Safety and Trust

Ring video cameras are installed at the entrance of every unit monitoring 24/7. Noise detector devices are also installed inside to alert our staff of any noise level exceeding a certain dB level. Smart locks are installed on each door with new codes being generated for guests and old ones being deleted.

In House Cleaning Staff

Our in house staff is hired directly with no outsourcing done, and available on hand to clean the spaces daily after every guest checks out. Our staff is trained to focus on every little detail as we know how detrimental cleanliness is for 5-star reviews.

Multi-Year Multi-Unit Agreements

We sign multi-year leases for more than one unit at a time, which saves you the cost/time of finding a different tenant for each unit and payment from multiple different people.
